Sophia Rose Rejes

Sophie is the younger twin sister of Samuel Rejes, who is the main character in the Forest of Faralee book. She is sixteen years old, and has lived on the streets of the city Clapcot in the country Ellmathaw with her brother since she was 8. Her parents died in a fire at their house when she was 8 and ever since then Sophie has been able to summon fire. For nine years whenever she was upset she would have seizures and fire would shoot from her hands and eyes etc. Engulfing and burning everything around her. That was until she and Sam enter the Forest of Faralee and they discover that she is a burner, the branch in the wizard guild that controls fire. It is very rare for humans to be able to wield magic, so many things about Sophie are mysterious. Such as why can she wield magic?  That is something she has yet to find out herself... As soon as she and her brother enter the forest, she becomes instant best friends with one of the elven princesses, that's, Princess Carla Dane. 

Sophie is a little shorter than average height, standing at 5 feet and 3 inches tall, with curly, shoulder length, dark brown hair. Her eyes are a pale blue color, that are so pale they are described as "creepy" and looking like they belong to a dead person. Her favorite color is pale pink and she loves sparkles and fancy things even though she has never owned any herself. Sophie can run very fast and always makes fun of Sam for being much slower than her. She enjoys dancing and goofing around with the friends she makes in Faralee, as well as pulling pranks with Carla on Sam and Fanor Cenner.

One cool thing Sophie can do, is she can mimic any human voice or animal noise once she's heard it enough times. She often used to use that talent to lure guards and people away from Sam if he got caught stealing things in Clapcot.
